On the top, you have to go to Reports and then to Pending Payments. There you can view your outstanding payments and submit payment.

We don't exchange the jewelry sold online. In case of damage or any other issues, we can make changes in your purchased jewelry item. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. US and International orders come with tracking information. Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days but please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. The product will be delivered at your doorstep.
